We went to the Balloon Festival in Indianola again this year. Adam's band played on Thursday this year, instead of Wednesday, so they didn't have nightglow and the evening ended much earlier. This year was even easier than last year, although I took Cullyn to the portapotty 37 times this year. Several friends joined us for a fun evening. The kids ran around and danced all night. Jordyn just loves watching her daddy perform! She was dancing and waving all night long. Even hanging on the metal gate for a while. I'm a little concerned what we're going to have on our hands in a few years {can we say groupie?!} ;) The night started out warm, but ended up being great! And the kids have asked to go back nearly every day since, so I would say it was a success! I hope they remember these perfect summer nights when they look back on their childhood.
