My favorite meal on a crisp autumn day. Bonus that it's easy enough for a toddler to make! ;) The key is using tomato bisque {not soup} and adding a scoop of tomato paste and splash of cream if you have it. Then I top it off with a bunch of fresh Asiago cheese! Grilled cheese sticks are also super easy, basically make a one sided grilled cheese and then roll them up! {I cut the ends off for the kids, sigh. However, Lola loves it!} ;)
