This & That {w.2}

TWO nights this week I've been up all night, unable to sleep.  Any {natural} suggestions to help?  Besides lavendar oil/bath.  Also, I'm headed out to buy some melatonin to see if that helps.  For those of you that really know me, you know this is completely uncharted territory for me. :(

Got a dumping of snow!
Brutally cold temps--lots of cuddling at home!
Grandpa had a total knee replacement
Made casseroles for two friends that lost loved one  this week. :(
Girls shopping day with my MIL, May {niece}, & Jordy on Saturday to look for a formal dress
Pizza picnic & sleepover with Vanessa {niece} on Friday night
Rearranged & organized the condo a bit on Saturday
Science center with friends on Sunday w/ football/games afterwards

  1. I'm sorry you are having problems sleeping :/ I take melatonin almost every night and have for the last 6-8 months and it has made a world of difference. I have been struggling with insomnia for years and used to take Benadryl here and there but it makes me drowsy and I drag butt the next day. Melatonin helps me fall asleep and I don't have any issues waking up and don't feel groggy the next morning which is most important to me. I hope you are able to sleep better!

  2. I've been having problems sleeping too, but I think it's because of Mike's schedule. Hopefully you can figure it out. Mike used to take Melatonin after his deployments to help get on a normal sleep schedule again.

    I love how hard she is concentrating in that last photo, too cute.

  3. Melatonin does nothing for me. Good luck with it. I have no found an answer. I'm sorry for your losses. Cancer indeed sucks.
