Has been playing 'nurse Adam' this week. This man sure knows how to treat a 'sick' patient {he gets this from his mama!} Work isn't terrible busy right now, so he's been fishing with his spare time.
is in her first season of 'real' basketball {games will start soon} and we're excited to watch her. She's also busy with piano, dance classes, and tumbling. She is going to sing for the first time at the children's Christmas program for church next month, so she's been working on that, too. She's still into crafting, 4-wheeling, and reading.
is obsessed with reading {mainly non-fiction graphic novels}, playing PS4 with his friends, and running around with the neighborhood boys. He's constantly eating and getting ready for another wrestling season.
currently my shadow. She's really loving having me home right now. Wherever I am in the house, she is. It's equal parts adorable and annoying. She's also down a few pounds, per the vet's recommendation.
I had surgery last Thursday and am recovering remarkably well. I had a total hysterectomy about 7am and was home before noon -- technology is amazing! I'm off through today and then working from home through the end of 2021. I'm most excited for this because I get to wear lounge clothes and don't have to put makeup {obviously not a requirement of my job, but I do like to do this when I go in public!}
Christmas shopping is in full swing over here! I'm almost done with my nieces, nephews, co workers, and my parents. I haven't bought a thing for Adam's parents {sigh}. I'm about half way done with the kids. They just keep giving me more ideas -- haha!
We get to host Thanksgiving this year, which we're super excited for. I'm not going to lie, if we weren't I may be tempted to start putting up some Christmas décor! Last year was the first time we decorated early, and I loved having the twinkling lights up longer.
