Dinner in an Igloo

Saturday night we finally had dinner in an igloo.  It was pushed back when the weather was sub zero {plus windchill} on Valentine's night and we didn't think sitting in an igloo sounded too cozy.

Igloos have popped up everywhere since we originally scheduled our dinner, but the experience at Tin Roost was amazing.  I would love to go back with a group of friends in the future.  If you haven't been there, you reserve one of the three igloos and choose your food options ahead of time.  They seat you, take your drink orders, and then bring your food -- all within 10 minutes.  You have the remaining time to chat with your group and eat.  The server waits on you the entire 2 hours and you can order as much food/drink as you want.  *Igloos do have a $200 minimum order + gratuity. We didn't get close to our minimum, so we opted for a couple of bottles of wine to take home.  The sunshine was exactly what I needed that night!  If you go there, make sure you get the homemade chips & French onion dip -- so good!
