Weekly Workouts | February

I'm copying Leigh on this.  I'm hoping this makes me more accountable and also using this as a reference for myself.  Plus, I'm hoping this helps me add a little variety into my workouts... 

Monday, February 8
  • Energy | Group Class

Tuesday, February 9
  • Step | Group Class

Wednesday, February 10
  • 5 Mile Run

Thursday, February 11
  • 4 Mile Run

Friday, February 12
  • Nothing

Saturday, February 13
  • Nothing {again} 

Sunday, February 14
  • Nothing {again!} 

*I will say {for what it's worth} that I didn't fall of the wagon as much diet-wise this weekend because I knew I hadn't been working out.  And, even though this isn't as good as it had been, my goal for 2016 was to be active at least 3-5 days a week, so it isn't terrible.

Tell me: How were your workouts last week?


  1. Adding variety definitely helps! Try taking a class in something you've never may hate it, but you never have to do it again and then you've tried it at least!

    1. I know...I've been wanting to try a few different classes! Unfortunately our schedule is the issue. Life has been CRAZY and I haven't been able to get much in between work, kid events, & social events! ;)
