I'm sure it's because I work at a hospital, but I saw this video at a conference on Thursday and couldn't help but share. It's so true and I think everyone, even outside of the hospital, can relate to it on some level. I am notorious for being 'short' with people, so this puts a perspective that people are going through so much more than we usually know. So, if for nothing else than a reminder to myself...choose kindness & empathy. It's a longer {4.5 min} commercial, but it's worth it.
