Total weight gain: Not sure since we're on vacation
Size and growth of the baby: 1 2/3 lbs. & about 14 inches long
From my weekly email: The network of nerves in your baby's ears is better developed and more sensitive than before. [S]he may now be able to hear both your voice and your partner's as you chat with each other. [S]he's inhaling and exhaling small amounts of amniotic fluid, which is essential for the development of his lungs. These so-called breathing movements are also good practice for when he's born and takes that first gulp of air. Your baby is also continuing to put on baby fat. If you're having a boy, his testicles are beginning to descend into his scrotum — a trip that will take two to three days.
Sex: not sure
Maternity clothes: yes
Sleep: rough this week! I assume this has to do with sleeping in a different bed without my pregnancy pillow.
Best moment(s) of the week: taking Baby H on his/her first plane ride & to the beach and having seeing Baby H during another ultrasound! :)
Movement: more and more! :)
Food cravings/aversions: loving ice cream, but still not eating bacon
Morning sickness: not anymore
Symptoms: lots of intense back pains, but less leg cramps during the night.
Belly button in or out: in
What I miss: eating lots of seafood
What I'm looking forward to: scheduling maternity photos
