INGRIEDENTS
5 2/3 c water
4.3oz Uncle Ben's long grain/wild rice mix
1 envelope chicken noodle soup mix
1 carrot, onion, stalk celery if wanted *I cook this on the side and add in since some of us are picky! ;)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cup cooked chicken
Combine water, rice, seasonings packet, & soup mix.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in veggies {or cook separate and add at end}
Cover & simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in chicken & chicken soup.
Cook until veggies are tender.
