As many of you know, Adam loves all things kitchen/cooking related. Which is why we own a grill, smoker, Blackstone, Wok, AirFryer, Instant Pot, Sous Vide, sausage stuffer, meat grinder, dehydrator, you name it...
So, for our Christmas gift to each other, we bought an Ooni.
And we love it! We have made pizzas three times a week since it arrived!
It takes 20 minutes to warm up, but then pizzas are cooked in less than 90 seconds!

Adam is the official dough maker and baker. I enjoy coming up with new pizza topping combinations.
My personal favorite is Breakfast Pizza -- cheese sauce, scrambled eggs, & bacon.
Runner up is alfredo sauce with crab meat, scallops, shrimp, red onion, & garlic.
Also, it's crust, sauce, cheese, then toppings ;)
In case you're curious, ours is the Ooni Koda 16" gas option.
Adam really debated about getting the pellet option, but we are really happy we opted for the gas one.
It's just easier to clean, less mess, and overall faster.
