Workout Favorites

Early 2026 I started working with a trainer and it's been one of the best investments in myself. It makes me feel so good mentally and I'm feeling so much stronger!  Anyways, I thought I would share some of my workout favorites with you.

1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5

1 | 1 pound add on weights.  These are a game changer!  They click onto almost any hand weight to add just a pound or two!
2 | Resistance bands -- I have a love/hate relationship with these! ;)
3 | The BEST sports bras!  I'm slowly trying to phase out of every other one I own.  They have the perfect amount of support.
4 | These weights are my favorite.  I've thrown all my other random weights out.  Having a full set is so nice.
5 | I've linked these leggings like a million times {because I've purchased them like 10,000 times}  You won't find a better legging, or a better value!  At 5', I prefer the 7/8 length.
