Buy your favorite cookie dough {we just grab that rectangle shaped one that is pre-scored} and press a chunk of raw cookie dough into a sprayed mini muffin tin, putting a thumb sized divot in the center. Fill divot with marshmallow cream and place a square of chocolate on the top. Bake per cookie dough instructions.
