New House!

Below are a photos of our new house at the time of purchase.  We took possession the middle of  December, but with the holidays, we didn't move in until the beginning of January.  The week between Christmas, Adam's parents and I {along with the help of others throughout the week--Adam, my sister, our niece & more} painted almost every single inch of the house.  We moved a few loads here and a few loads there, so we didn't have a real 'move in' day.

I apparently forgot to take photos of the bathroom off this room.  It was painted the most hideous shade of mauve! I also must not have taken any photos of the basement.  There is an unfinished laundry room and a large finished room which we're using as a guest bedroom/toy room {just like we did at the condo} It also has a huge closet which houses all of our games and decor that we aren't using plus other random things like a guitar, my formal dresses, etc.

Terrible photo to show the room, the this is the first room you walk into off our main door.  It has beautiful, vaulted ceilings.  Our kitchen is 'behind' it and has stairs to go upstairs to the bedrooms.

We also have a decent sized closet {not fantastic like our condo} in our room.

Painting & Cleaning...
We don't have a ton of carpet, but what we had all needed cleaned.

Jordyn's room -- my favorite!

I thought we were going to have to hire someone for sure, but we got it!

I didn't realized how tall the ceilings are!

Thank goodness my MIL is a good 'edger' ;)

And the most rewarding thing to pain -- the inside of all of the closets!!!

We also added a 'pallet' wall to Cullyn's room as soon as we moved in!

More photos {& our 'wish list'} to come!
