Easter 2015

This is the first holiday we haven't had to take treats to daycare for in over 3 years, so we decided to celebrate all week long!

on Sunday we painted Easter Eggs.  I bought these last year, but we never got around to it, so I wanted to make sure we did these first.  They're cardboard and so easy to decorate.  We painted them because my kids love to paint, but I'll probably let Jordyn 'decorate' them more next year {glue/glitter/sequins/etc.}

on Monday the kids made Easter cookies with our nanny.

on Tuesday the kids made a Chick craft with me.

on Wednesday the kids made Bunny crafts with the nanny.

on Thursday the kids made two Carrot crafts with me.

on Friday the kids dyed Easter Eggs {for the 1st time ever} with Adam & Me and we snacked out of Easter Eggs.
One broke & one cracked--compliments of Cullyn! :)

on Saturday we went to two Easter Egg hunts and then made Rise Krispie Egg Treats.

on Sunday we opened Easter baskets, went to the 8a church service at our church in Ankeny, and spent the rest of the day with my family at my sister and brother in law's house.
