Gender Reveal Party [+Deets]

At 9am on January 1st, we grabbed all of our close family for an intimate Gender Reveal Party.

It was a brisk [-7* + wind chills] morning, so we quickly called Uncle Rick over to plug in the lights.

 It was a bright, beautiful morning, so you had to be close to see, but they were BLUE!!
 We couldn't have been more excited to hear we'll be adding a boy to our family!!

After the lighting outside, we came inside for some breakfast & hot cocoa.

 We had a very sleepy girl on our hands, but she was very excited to run around with balloons.
 All of our family in pink or blue [depending on what they thought the baby would be]
::60% of bloggers & 65% of family thought H2 would be a BOY::
It meant so much that all of these people traveled [& so early, especially after a big night] to share our news.  Thank you so much being a HUGE part of our life...we love you!

Part of convincing my husband to have a Gender Reveal Party included me promising to keep this low-key and reuse stuff that we already had, so that I did!

Location :: Seven Oaks [we chose a ski resort, because Baby H2's Great Grandpa started a Ski Resort when Adam was a kid & skiing is a big part of their family.  This one is owned by Adam's Uncle]
Donut Holes & Balloons :: HyVee Bakery & Floral
Cinnamon Rolls :: 'Homemade' by my mama :)
Gender Pins :: Etsy.com
Decor :: Leftover from J's 1st Party!
