Who Is Reading Your Blog?

So I had fun with the website on this post...that says what your blog it worth.  Unfortunately, I'm just not sure now accurate it actually is.  A girl can dream though!  :)

However...this site is legitimate.  It is a free website that puts a 'counter' at the bottom of your blog.  There are a few different settings but it basically tracks simple things like average visit length to your blog and how many people stop by your blog.  It's kind of fun to play around with and keep track of all your visitors.  I wish I would have done this when I first setup my blog.

This site is my favorite though.  It's a more complex version of sitemeter and is also free.  It gives you details of who was on your blog & when.  How many people visited, what times, & how long they stayed.  It also gives locations so you can see the different states/countries of your readers.  It's pretty fun!  I have more West coast readers than East coast.  There are tons of different settings to compare activity on different days, weeks, hours etc.

I encourage all of my readers to check out these sites.  Sometimes I'm a little leery about what to post and 'how much is too much'  These sites help me feel a little more comfortable with my audience.  Be sure to let me know what you think of these sites if you take the time to visit them!
